Exchange & Return Policy
At Ajwaak Perfumes, we always strive to ensure our customers’ satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return perfumes according to the following terms:
1. Exchange & Return Period
\t•\tPerfumes can be returned within 3 days or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. Conditions for Exchange & Return
\t•\tThe product must be in its original, unopened condition.
\t•\tThe product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and labels.
\t•\tA purchase receipt, order number, or registered mobile number must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products
\t•\tPerfumes that have been opened or used.
\t•\tOud wood and oud oil cannot be returned.
\t•\tPartially used gift bags cannot be returned.
\t•\tPartially used products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.
\t•\tIn the case of a manufacturing defect, exchanges will be made for the same product only. Exchanges for a different product are not allowed; in this case, a return and a new order must be made.
